July 13, 2004 -- "If you are ready to take the leap to getting your school into the ranks of the most financially successful and professional martial arts schools in the world then you need to read on."
From:Stephen Oliver, MBA
7th Degree Black Belt
To:NAPMA Member School Owner
I know that you have Mastered the Martial Arts or, are on your way to doing so, however, you must also Master the Martial Arts Business, if you intend to have a career as a professional school operator.
As a NAPMA member you have received some of the best information and support tools available anywhere. Obviously that's not going to change NAPMA keeps getting better and better. However, if you are ready to really grow a tremendously profitable martial arts school operation, and are ready for the most advanced management, operations, sales, and marketing information available, then you are ready for the NAPMA Squared program.
I've personally been on a quest to understand and master every aspect of a professional martial arts school operation since 1975. Since 1983 my Mile High Karate schools in Denver have been on the leading edge of every new marketing and management concept available.
Before I go any further who should NOT join NAPMA Squared?
Well, you have no need for NAPMA Squared if: 1. You are completely satisfied with your financial results of your school AND your lifestyle including your work effort and hours expended; 2. If you are part-time and intend to stay that way, running your school as a hobby rather than as a career; 3. If you are ridiculously self-righteous' about combining effective sales, marketing, and business techniques with your quality teaching techniques and would rather be pissed off about the guys making a quality living than join them.
Finally, you really shouldn't be in NAPMA Squared if you are not sincere about helping your students and are not offering the highest possible quality of service to them. No amount of quality marketing, sales, and business management will help you if you are just in this for the money without incredible quality of service and sincere interest in your students.
What's included in NAPMA Squared?
Well, every other month you will get a new lesson. Unlike NAPMA it will not include color posters, ad slicks, student newsletters or, any of that incredible support material that you will continue to receive as a NAPMA member.
What NAPMA Squared will accomplish is help you become a "Master" of each business subject that we cover. Each package will be comprehensive in it's coverage of an important lesson for your school's operation. The lessons will include written lessons and developmental assignments, audio lessons on CD, video lessons on DVD, and additional resources and assignments to help you grow and expand your knowledge.
I will personally prepare the material for each lesson combining the best of what I've learned with a "Master's in Business Administration," 33 + years in the Martial Arts Industry, with the leading edge of sales, advertising, direct response marketing, and internet marketing.
Additionally, each package will include the "Mile High Maverick" with current events observations bout the direction of our industry and your part in it.
Each month you will accomplish two things:
1.
You will be given new strategies and tactics that will IMMEDIATELY explode your school's enrollments, renewals, and gross revenue and of course exponentially grow your NET PROFITS.
2.
You will move one step closer to "Mastering the Martial Arts Business" in addition to having Mastered your Martial Art.
What lessons are coming up?
Lessons that you will cover in NAPMA Squared include: "Social Proof using 3rd person validation to grow your school;" "Complete Grassroots Marketing Explode your Enrollment at little or no Cost," "Direct Mail A-Z," "Effectively Using Infomercials and Other Broadcast Advertising Methods;" "Organization Development and Multi-Schools Expansion;" "Complete Selling A-Z;" "Using the Internet to Grow Your School;" "Creating Publicity for Your School;" "Upgrades and Renewals to Double your Gross;" "Student Service Strategies to Dramatically Improve your Retention and your Referrals."
What should you do?
You don't have to take my word for it.
I recommend that you do two things first read just a few of the comments that we received about the starter package from school owners such as yourself. Frankly, we've had such an overwhelmingly huge positive response to this it's difficult to keep track of all of the applause and accolades.
Next, call now and register you will receive the starter kit RIGHT AWAY.
Absorb the first lesson listen to the audio CD's and watch the DVD, ready my updated book "Everything I Wish I Knew When I Was 22," And, listen to the Bonus CD's "Teleconference Raw." After you've poured through this HUGE amount of incredible material hopefully you'll decide that it's the first step in your journey to "Mastering the Martial Arts Business." If it's just not your cup of tea just cancel and you have no on-going obligation. Really, that's the only way you will know for sure try it out as a trial then decide from there.
